After successful organization of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2016 by Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore has passed on the responsibility to IIM Lucknow to conduct CAT 2017.

IIML will be conducting CAT this year after a gap of seven years. For the CAT 2017, IIML has already called for tenders for advertisement services for CAT 2017 on their website. As per Hindustan Times Report close to 2.50 lakh MBA aspirants are expected to register for the test.

Hindustan Times without mentioning its sources mentioned that IIML is likely to introduce a few changes in the exam structure because if its previous track record. The schedule of CAT 2017 will be announced by last week of July end. Registrations are expected to continue till October 2017 and the exam may be conducted in conducted in the first week of December 2017.
