After the declaration of JEE Main 2018 result, the next step for the qualified students is to apply for JEE Advanced 2018. The registration window is now open from today i.e. 2nd May 2018 at 10:00 AM. Those candidates who want to get admissions in IITs they need to apply for JEE Advanced 2018. Candidates can apply on or before 7th May 2018 from the official website of JEE Advanced.
This year, 2,31,024 students had qualified in the JEE Mains 2018 and they all can apply for the JEE Advanced 2018 after meeting all the eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced 2018.

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Advanced 2018
- Candidates should be among the top 2,31,024 (including all categories) in Paper-1 of JEE (Main) 2018.
- Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1993. Five years relaxation is given to SC, ST and PwD candidates, i.e., these candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1988.
- A candidate can attempt JEE Advanced a maximum of two times in consecutive years i.e. candidates who appeared in the exam last year, this year will be the last attempt. Those who appeared in JEE Advanced in 2016 cannot apply this year.
- A candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2017 or 2018.
- Must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%.

Must be within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective Class XII (or equivalent) board examination. - A candidate should NOT have been admitted in an IIT irrespective of whether or not he/she continued in the program OR accepted an IIT seat by reporting at a reporting center in the past.
How to apply for JEE Advanced 2018
- Visit the official website of JEE Advanced 2018. Click Here
- Click on the registration link provided on the homepage. Click Here
- After opening the registration link candidates have to log in to their account by entering JEE Main 2018 Roll No and Password.
- After login candidate will have to provide their additional phone number and email id.
- Candidates personal, academic and contact details will be displayed same as provided in JEE Main 2018.
- In JEE Advanced 2018 application form candidates have to choice of examination cities (05 choices), class XII (or equivalent) examination Roll no. etc.
- After filling up all the details in the application form upload the all relevant certificates as mentioned below.
- After successfully filling up the application form, pay the registration fee through online (by Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) or in offline mode (by CASH using SBI Branch Option).
- After the payment of Application fees, the registration of JEE Advanced 2018 will be complete. Take the print out of the filled application form.
