GATE 2019: Rejected Candidates List Released, Check Here

List of rejected candidates who had applied for GATE 2019 are released by IIT Madras. There are two types of students who are rejected to admit in the GATE 2019 examination, first one who are not meeting eligibility requirements and second one whose application is found to be Duplicate.

“As already announced in the GATE 2019 brochure, no admit card will be generated and no application fee will be refunded for these candidates” said in official lists.

If any of these candidates whose registrations have been rejected, would like to submit the required documents, they may contact the exam conducting agency. One more list also has been released, which is a list of enrollment IDs of candidates whose applications are provisionally only accepted. About these candidates, the notification said the examination results of these applicants will be withheld unless the defects are rectified by February 15, 2019.

"If a candidate makes more than one application for the same paper, he/she will be allowed to appear in any one session ONLY. One of the duplicate/triplicate applications will be considered and the remaining applications will be rejected without any refund of application fee," said in the GATE 2019 admission brochure.

GATE is one of the prestigious entrance examinations in the country for getting admission in M.Tech. programmes in IITs, NITs and other GFTIs. GATE 2019 will be conducted on 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th February 2019 by IIT Madras. For the last two years, the exams were conducted in two sessions for each of the 4 phases.
