The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has released the application form for full time on-campus postgraduate programmes. Aspirants can apply online and pay the fee from official website of NICMAR or they can also download the offline application form from the official website.

The offline application need to be send duly filled application form to the "Dean-Admissions, Research & Publications, NICMAR, 25/1, Balewadi, N.I.A. Post Office, Pune - 411045" along with the application fee and required documents as mentioned in the application form within the specified date.

The expected NICMAR test centre for admission 2019 could be Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh), Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. Those interested candidates who want to apply, they can apply on or before 20^th December 2018. Check the complete schedule in the table given below:

Eligibility Criteria to apply for NICMAR

Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Candidates should have completed his/her Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Candidates should have completed his/her Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM) offered from Pune Campus: Candidates should have completed his/her Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM) offered from Pune Campus: Candidates should have completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
One Year Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB) offered from Pune Campus: Candidates should have completed his/her graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having a construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking regarding ownership of construction business in the prescribed format provided.
One Year Post Graduate Programme in Contemporary Smart City Development and Management (PGP CSCDM): Candidates should have completed his/her graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Work experience will be an added advantage for the candidates.
One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM) Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus: Candidates should have completed his/ her Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus: Candidates should have completed his/her Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Candidates also should have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in all criteria.
Those candidates who are in the final year of his/her graduation they can also apply for the admission.

NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT), PI and RA Pattern

The candidate may also submit their CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT scores but should be secured after January 01, 2017.

The RA is calculated on the basis of weighted scores of the cumulative academic performance along with candidate’s work experience (wherever applicable) obtained from the documents submitted to NICMAR by the candidates.

NICMAR Application Fees

The NICMAR Application Fee is Rs. 2000/- (for one programme) + Transaction Charges, if any candidate want to apply for more than one programme they have to pay Rs. 2500/- + Transaction Charges. The application fee is non-refundable and pays by online mode only through credit card/ debit card/ net banking.

How to Register for NICMAR 2019

Visit the official admission portal of NICMAR.
Click on "Register Here" link and proceed to the Initial Information page. Click Here
Fill in the required details correctly on the registration page.
Click on "Submit" to register tab.
The screen will now display a confirmation message.
After successfully registration, candidate will receive an email on their registered email ID with login details and a link for account activation.
Click on the link to activate your account.
Candidate will not be able to login into the system until they activate their account through account activation link. Therefore candidate should ensure that they enter a valid email ID.
Candidates can now use their login ID and password to access the online application form.

Selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit. The merit list is drawn on the basis of candidate’s performance in NCAT/CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT, PI and RA. Admission offer letters are issued in the order of merit.
