IIT Guwahati has declared the result of GATE 2018 at its official website Click Here and also available on AppsGate Portal. The scorecard of qualified candidates will be available on the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) portal on 20 March. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has released the results and has also said through an official notification that scorecards shall also be released on 20 March.

"GATE 2018 results are announced. Candidates can view the same through GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS): http://appsgate.iitg.ac.in/," a statement posted on the official website of GATE.

1. Visit the official  website of GATE 2018 or GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS)
2. Login to your account from the portal by entering your Email ID/Enrollment No. with the password and solve the captcha.
3. After login to your account, you will get your result.
4. However, the scorecard of qualified candidates will be available on the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) portal on 20 March

Importance of GATE 2018 Results:

1. Gate 2018 score is valid for next three years from today and the successful candidates can make use of the scorecards for various educational and employment purpose.
2. This includes admission to prestigious IISc and IITs in their Master's programmes. In job front, various Public Sector Undertakings and Cabinet Secretariat shall appoint candidates with GATE 2018 in their personnel.
