VITEEE 2019 result has been announced on the official website and counselling will be start from 9th May 2019 onwards by VIT Vellore. The detailed counseling schedule will be released by VIT soon. In this article, candidates can check the important documents at the time of counselling.

As per the previous year fashion, the first phase of counselling will be for those students whose rank is in between 1-20,000 they are invited to different slots. The 1st phase counselling will be of three days from 9th May to 11th May 2019 and each day has three slots. In the second phase of counseling, candidates whose rank is in between 20,001-99999 they are invited for the counseling which is scheduled from 14th May to 18th May 2019 and it has also three slots.

How to check VITEEE 2019 Result:

  1. Visit the official website of VIT University. Click Here
  2. Click on the "VITEEE 2019" link given under the Bulletin Board tab on the home page.
  3. On next page, provide your Login credentials such as 10-digit Application Number and Date of Birth.
  4. After successful submission of the details, the candidate will be able to check his/her result.

Documents required at the time of Counselling:

The candidate has to carry the following documents in original along with two-set of photocopies while reporting for counselling:

  1. VITEEE-2019 e-Admit card, Counselling Admit card and VITEEE 2019 Result copy.
  2. Class 10th Board Certificate (as a proof of date of birth or any other age proof certificate).
  3. Mark sheet of Qualifying Examination (if available) or class 12th Hall ticket (For result awaiting candidates).
  4. Community Certificate (For SC/ST only).
  5. Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).
  6. Demand Draft for Rs. 50,000/- drawn in favour of 'Vellore Institute of Technology', payable at Vellore.
  7. For Hostel requirement, Demand Draft for Rs. 21,200/- drawn in favour of 'Vellore Institute of Technology', payable at Vellore.
  8. Copy of Aadhar Card.

Note: Those candidates who come without the DD for the above-said amount will not be permitted to attend the counselling.

Document required at the time of Admission:

The candidate has to submit the following documents in original at the time of Admissions:

  1. Provisional Admission letter (photocopy)
  2. VITEEE 2019 e-Admit card, Counselling Admit card and VITEEE Result copy
  3. Class X Board Certificate as a proof of date of birth or any other age proof certificate
  4. Qualifying examination mark statements of all attempts
  5. Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
  6. Migration Certificate (if issued by the board)
  7. Community Certificate (For SC/ST only)
  8. Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura)
  9. Student Profile (if not submitted at the time of counselling).
  10. 4 sets of recent passport size colour photos.
  11. Affidavit to be signed separately by Student, Parent and Hostel on an Rs. 20/- Non-judicial stamp paper. (Format available on VIT website)
  12. Certificate of Physical Fitness (Format available of VIT website)
  13. 2 sets of photocopies of all original documents (Except Affidavits / Physical Fitness Certificate / Student Profile).
