UBS Admissions 2019: MBA Applications Start by Panjab University, Apply Now

University Business School has started the online applications for the admission to its MBA programmes in International Business (IB) and Human Resource (HR). Those candidates who are appeared in the CAT 2018 and having a decent cat score they can apply online on or before 15th January 2019.

After filling up the application form successfully candidates have send the hard copy of the application form along with required documents which have to reach by 4:00 PM on 25th January 2019. Check the complete schedule from the table given below:

November 30, 2018 (Friday)


Last date of submission of information on the website to generate the Fee Challan

January 15, 2019 (Tuesday)


Last date of submission of fee in any branch of State Bank of India using website generated challan

January 17, 2019 (Thursday) upto 3:59 p.m.


Last date for uploading of photograph, signature with rest of the information on the website after depositing fee in SBI

January 19, 2019 (Saturday)


Last date for submission of hard copy of the application form along with the requisite documents (mentioned on the application form print out) to office of UBS

January 25, 2019 upto 4:00 p.m.

How to Apply:

  1. Visit the official website of University Business School admission portal
  2. Click on the “Register Online” tab and complete the registration process.
  3. Note down your Login Id and password which you have received on your provided email id.
  4. Take print out of fee challan (fee challan can also be downloaded from account using login id and password).
  5. Deposit the application form fee using website generated fee challan at any SBI branch, on the next day of printing of fee challan.
  6. Login again after 24 Hrs. of depositing fee and upload scanned photograph, signature, fill other important information.
  7. Complete each section (Profile, Categories, Academic Qualification) carefully and lock each section. (Once you lock the section, you will not be allowed to change information in that section).
  8. Take the print out of the application form and send it along with the required documents to the address mentioned on the print out of the application form.

  1. In no case the Registration fee, once paid, shall be refunded.
  2. If more than 24 Hrs. have passed after printing the fee challan and your details are not found in bank for depositing fee, write to [email protected] mentioning your problem along with application no., name and date of birth.
  3. Candidates are required to submit the copy of printout of their filled Application form along with the requisite documents (mentioned on the print out of application form) to Assistant Registrar, University Business School, Arts Block - III, Panjab University, Chandigarh-160014 by registered post/speed post or by hand on or before January 25, 2019 upto 4:00 p.m.
  4. Mere login id creation OR deposit of fee does not mean that candidate has completed his/her online application form. Incomplete form leads to cancellation of candidature. Any request for completion of form after due date will not be entertained at all.
  5. Provisional list of qualified candidates for GD/PI, schedule for GD/PI and other information will be available on this website.
