Since the day present government has came into power they are trying to bring reasonable changes and are trying to set a new normal in the field of education in India. After NEET,
now 2018 - as per the regulations yet to be formulated by the AICTE - it would be made compulsory for all technical institutes in the country to accept JEE Main scores for admitting students. The step is taken taking into account the problems students faces while giving multiple entrance exams for admissions to top engineering colleges in India.

As per media sources, Ministry of Human Resources[ MHRD ] will be setting up the National Testing Service Institute to conduct JEE-Main from 2018. The details are expected to be announced on Feb 1, 2017 during budget session of the parliament.

The premier IITs(Indian Institutes of Technology) will continue to accept JEE Advanced scores to admit students. As per media sources, the common entrance exam is planned to be conducted more than once in a year. The institutes, nevertheless, will have all the independence to decide the way they want to admit students i.e. only on the basis of JEE Main scores or give some weightage to Class 12th exams.
One of the officials was quoted as saying,

"It will be up to the universities and colleges to decide if they want to give 20% weightage to class XII board or 40%. They will have this autonomy. But it will be mandatory for all of them to accept the test for the purpose of admissions". as per media sources.

At present, JEE Main is conducted by CBSE(Central Board of Secondary Education) for admissions to NITs, IIITs and other CFTIs(Centrally Funded Technical Institutes).
While on the other hand, JEE Advanced is used for admissions to IITs only .

FillandFind.com also helps students apply to multiple colleges by filling a common admission/ application form and apply to their partner colleges directly.
Its working towards providing students a common application form so that they could apply to multiple colleges without filling their details in colleges respective admission forms separately.
Now the idea of common entrance exam shall also boost the student's  morale and help them concentrate in studies rather than working getting messed up in filling forms and giving exams.
