For the second time MHRD has released the list of top Law colleges in India. Last year in NIRF Ranking, MHRD ranked top 10 Law colleges but this year ranking list has been increased to 15 colleges. This year also National Law School of India University, Bengaluru bagged the 1st rank followed by National Law University, Delhi and Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad respectively.

All the last year’s top 10 colleges are available in the list of top 15 Law Colleges. The newly added colleges named as follows Gujarat National Law University Gandhinagar, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law Patiala, National Law Institute University Bhopal, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Bhubaneswar and Indian Law Institute New Delhi and bagged the rank 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 respectively.
