Indian Institute of Information Technology, Manipur (IIIT-Manipur) is an Indian Institute of Information Technology established in 2015 and currently, classes are commenced at its temporary campus in Mantripukhri, Imphal and IIIT-Manipur’s permanently located in the Senapati district of Manipur. The temporary campus has well managed and maintained labs setup for CSE and ECE. IIIT Manipur is mentored by IIT Guwahati, interim Director Prof. Amarendra Kumar Das is continuously active and provide all required infrastructure for the overall development of the institute.
Currently Undergraduate Programs (B.Tech. degree) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE). Only 30 seats are available for the each CSE and ECE. That admission is on the basis of JEE Mains result and the seat allocation will be through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). As the first batch is started in 2015 so the rough strength of the students is about 70.
