UPSEE Application Form 2017 : Guidelines , Process and Requirements For UG and PG Programs



The admission to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam university through UPSEE 2017 you have to fill their admission form online only below is the complete procedure of how to apply to UPSEE-2017, fill the application and apply to these colleges.

AVAILIBILITY OF INFORMATION BROCHURE

The Information Brochure will be available ON LINE on the websites http://www.upsee.nic.in only. The same can be downloaded and/or printed for reference by the candidates. The application form can be filled in On-Line through Internet from any place of convenience.

Pre-Requisite before filling the form:
 
  1. A personal mobile phone number and/or a personal E-Mail id.
  2. A clear scanned image of his/her recent color passport size photograph (3.5cm X 4.5cm) in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 100 KB. The photograph should be colour with name of the candidate printed on it.
  3. A clear scanned image of his/her signature  (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 30KB.
  4. A clear scanned image of his/her left thumb impression (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 30KB.

The whole application is divided into three broader process :

Step 1. Fill Application Form

  Candidates will be required to fill the online application form. After successful submission, an Application number gets generated that will be used for future reference. During form filling, candidate is also required to choose PASSWORD. For subsequent login, system generated Application No. and chosen Password will be used. Candidate must give a working and Correct MOBILE NO

Step 2. Upload Images

Students are requested to take care of this step very very seriously because this step is most confusing and time consuming for the students and small issue can be very frustating and iiratig at your part.

  • Uploading of scanned Photo, signature, Left Thumb Impression are mandatory for all candidates.
  • Scanned Images should be in JPG format. Candidates are required to upload all images in one-go. Partial uploading is not allowed.
  • Photographs: Size must be between 4KB to 100KB (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).
  • Thumb: Size must be between 1KB to 30KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).
  • Signature: Size must be between 1KB to 30KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).

NOTE : The Candidate will be able to modify/correct the particulars before the image upload.

Step 3. Fee Payment

  1. Payment by Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking: The candidate has to select Debit/Credit/Net Banking Card option to pay the fee and follow the instruction to complete the payment process. After successful payment, candidate will be able to print the “Confirmation Page”.  

Download and keep a copy of the confirmation page. As per the guidelines, the page must well safeguarede till the time of counselling for any refrence or communication. 

Step 4:  Downloading of Confirmation Page:

Its a very important phase and must be taken very seriously because the confirmation page is the gurantee that you have filled the details and made payment succesfully though provision for re-printing of Confirmation Page is provided. by the university.
