IIMC Admissions 2018: Application Form Available
Indian Institute of Mass Communication has started its application for admission to various courses for the year 2018. Interested candidate can apply in online mode as well in offline mode through the official website. The admission is applicable only for Indian citizens. Courses in which admissions are provided are: Availability of application form 20th March 2018 Last date for receipt of form 1st May 2018 Entrance Examination for Odia/ Urdu/ Marathi/ Malayalam Journalism 26th May 2018 (From 9 AM to 11 AM) Entrance Examination for PG Diploma Course in Journalism Hindi/ English, Radio & TV Journalism and Advertising & Public Relations 27th May 2018 Result announcement of entrance examination In 2nd and 3rd week of June Interview Dates In the Last week of June to 1st week of July Final Selection Announcement In the 2nd 3rd week of July Last date to deposit the first installment of fee 3rd week of July 2018 Academic sessions is expected to commence from last week of July or from the first week of August. The amount paid by the candidate who registered for IIMC Entrance Exam last year is described in the following table. The amount was depended on the category. Let us have a look at the amount paid last year:- Category Online through net banking etc. Offline through DD General Rs. 1500/- Rs. 1500/- SC/ST/OBC/PH Rs. 1000/- Rs. 1000/- Candidates can fill the application form in the online mode or in the offline mode by downloading the application form and need to send duly filled application form by post along with the Demand Draft. Online Application process Offline Mode : Note: If the Demand Draft for the Entrance Examination fee is not received by the due date, then the application will be rejected. The applicant should note that the name of the applicant should be written on the back of the Demand Draft. Note- One Application Form would be submitted by the candidate either for Journalism (Hindi) or for Journalism (English) as there will be one common written test for these. Similarly, the candidates would have to submit one application form either for Journalism (Urdu)/Journalism (Oriya)/ Journalism (Marathi)/Journalism (Malayalam). For the above courses, the written entrance examination was conducted simultaneously previously. So, there was a separate form for each course.

You can fill the application form from the website iimc.gov.in and pay the fee online.
The application form can be downloaded from the official website. Then the application form will be filled by the candidates. The application fee for the general category is Rs. 1500/- and Rs.1,000/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH category. The application fee will be paid through demand draft drawn in the favor of “IIMC, New Delhi” as Entrance Examination fee on or before its last date by post or in person.Read More:
