The proposed fee waiver and scholarship are to be decided by the institute concerned based on the structure given below: Main Objectives of “Study in India” Programme: In the Times Higher Education Ranking 2018, University of Oxford has awarded the first rank where 38% population is of Indian students whereas in Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore has only 1% population of International students.
