Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has released the admission notification for 33,000 seats in the various courses to its 11 schools and 116 affiliated colleges.  Candidate can apply now from the official website of Indraprastha University.

From this year, the university has introduced a new programme (BA (Hons.) English) to its affiliated colleges of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Admission to the course will be done on the basis of University Common Entrance Test (CET). The CET Code for this programme is 184.

The university has also notified about seven medical programmes admissions for which will be based on National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET 2018), will be held on 6^th May 2018, or other concerned examinations. However, the candidates who want admission to these programmes will have to register to the university website.

The university clarified that the admission to the some postgraduate courses of weekend programmes will not be based on CET but will be done on the merit basis of the last qualifying examinations, work experiences and the performance in the interview.

The weekend programme will be:

1. MBA
2. LLM
3. MTech (Bio-Technology)
4. MTech (CSE)
5. MTech (ECE)

Admissions to the undergraduate Architecture programme (B.Arch) will be based on NATA score and the marks obtained in the last qualifying examinations. The official admissions date for these courses will be notified later.
