NRTI Admissions 2018: India's First Rail And Transportation University's Applications Start

National Rail and Transportation Institute (NRTI), India’s first rail and Transportation University, has started the admission process. Those candidates who pass the 12th class with mathematics as a mandatory subject they can apply on or before 30th June 2018 from the official website.

The NRTI is established at Vadodara and the first batch will start from 6th August 2018. NRTI is offering the three-year undergraduate degree programme in B.Sc. in Transportation Technology and BBA in Transportation Management.

“Aiming to provide new opportunities and a brighter future for the youth of the nation, India's first Rail and Transportation University, in Vadodara, Gujarat is now accepting registrations for the 2018-2021 batch” tweeted by Minister of Railways and Coal, Piyush Goyal.

Eligibility to Apply for NRTI

  1. The aspirants must have completed their 10+2 with Mathematics as a mandatory subject.
  2. For B.Sc. in Transportation Technology, aspirants must have passed their 10+2 in science stream with mathematics as mandatory subjects.
  3. For BBA in Transportation Management, aspirants can be passed from any stream with mathematics as mandatory subjects.
  4. Aspirants must have successfully completed their 10+2 Board examination with at least 55% marks for general and 50% for OBC/SC/ST category.
  5. The applicant’s age must be below 25 years as on August 1, 2018.

The admission to the three-year full-time residential courses will be done through NRTI aptitude test which held in the month of July 2018. The classes will be beginning from 6th August 2018. While the NRTI aptitude test date will be notified later.
