Today technology is touching every sphere of the society and in the light of the same CBSE has launched a mobile application named as 'Exam Locator'. CBSE has been trying to take multiple IT initiatives which shall help ease life of the students and try to reduce exam stress and help them concentrate more on studies. Last month CBSE also launched Counseling Helpline.

A CBSE official said:

"A student can easily find the address, images and geolocation of the designated exam centre on the map and get to know how to reach there."

Features of Exam Locator mobile app:

• This application shall help studnets locate its lloted exam centre.
• The route map to the centre shall also be available within the app.
• The app also allows studnets to find their exam centre on the basis of their roll number.

How to use Exam Locator mobile app::

• Both studnets and parents are allowe to register with the app using their mobile number to find the centre.
• Once they enter the mobile number to the app they will receive a one time password to sign into the app
• Then the student can access the information by selecting the exam they are appearing for
• Further, the app will help students to quickly find the CBSE board exam centre on the basis of their roll number
