NIRF Ranking 2018 Released, IISc, Bangalore Bags First Position In Overall Ranking
Every Year since 2015, Government of India has been releasing NIRF Ranking. The framework has been developed considering performance metric as its basic guiding principle to rank institutes and universities unlike other ranking methodology which are generally based on perception model thus making them later subjective rather objective based ranking model. Ranking parameters majorly are same as previous year 5 parameters namely: Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, topped the list of overall college ranking, followed by IIT Madras and IIT Bombay respectively.
