Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT) has released its application form Malaviya Entrance Test 2018 (MET 2018). The application form is available in both mode offline as well as online i.e. “OMR application form mode” or “On-line application mode”. The last date for the Malaviya Entrance Test 2018 application form is 31st March 2018. Malaviya Entrance Test (MET) is conducted every year for in 4 Years B.Tech., 2 Year MBA, 3 years MCA, 2 Year M.Tech., 2 Year M.Sc. Physics (Specialization in Electronics ), Ph.D. (Regular) offered in Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur.
Those candidates who want to fill their application form offline they can purchase the OMR application form from the University counter by paying the cost of OMR application form in demand draft between the dates of 20th January 2018 to 31st March 2018 (both days inclusive). The candidates can also be obtained OMR application form through post by sending a written request to the Coordinator, Malaviya Entrance Test (MET), Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur -273 010 (UP), the postal address must be complete and correctly mention with PIN code and demand draft as per the candidates category fee. The Demand Draft is drawn in favour of "Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur" payable at Gorakhpur.
Those candidates who want to fill their application form online and after the submission of application form successfully the duly completed copy of the confirmation page of application form should be sent along with the University copy of bank receipt to the postal address of the University before 7th April 2018 (4.00 PM).
Note: Completed application form must reach to The Coordinator, Malaviya Entrance Test (MET), Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Deoria Road, Gorakhpur–273010 (UP) up to 7th April 2018 (4.00 PM) by the speed post/ registered post only. The application form delivered by any other means shall not be accepted.

Instruction before mailing/submitting the MET 2018 Application Form:
- If the candidate wants to opt more than courses then he/she has to fill the separate application form for each course.
- Candidates advise to download the admission brochure from the above link and read carefully the instructions, eligibility criteria, reservations, syllabi and other information for different courses.
- Before submitting the application form candidate must check that not incomplete in any respect, otherwise shall be rejected without any information to the candidate.
- Fill the application form completely and carefully as per the instructions are given in admission brochure.
- All the entries on the envelope should be complete and confirmed before post.
- Candidate should keep 6 copies of the photographs similar to that pasted/used with you for future use.
- There will be no changes are allowed in any field once the application submitted successfully so candidate must fill all the details carefully.
