About Kumaraguru College of Technology

Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT) is an autonomous Engineering college affiliated to the Anna University which is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The institute was established in 1984 under the auspices of Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation, a charitable educational trust of Sakthi Group. KCT is known for one of the best colleges in South India. KCT campus is spread over an area of 150 acres in a sprawling campus in the IT corridor of Coimbatore which in many ways was a front-runner in the ecosystem.

Currently, Kumaraguru College of Technology offers 13 undergraduate (in B.E., B.Tech.) and 14 postgraduate (in M.E., M.Tech., MCA, MBA) in different disciplines which are mention in offered courses. All the offered courses by the KCT are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and all the eligible UG programs have also been accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The Institution has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of the University Grants Commission (UGC).
